CIPD SOUTH YORKSHIRE BRANCH
USING MODELS/FRAMEWORKS TO DEVELOP ORGANISATION/BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT
Tuesday 10th November 2015, St Mary's Conference centre, Bramall Lane, Sheffield, S2 4QZ.
6.00.p.m for 6.30.p.m. Start: 6.30.p.m.
This interactive, experiential workshop, lead by Lynne Booth Course Leader MSc Organisation Development and Consultancy Sheffield Hallam University, will explore a wide range of models/concepts and frameworks that can provide a sense of security to clients and to consultants.
Lynne will share some typical models and stories of their use in Organisation Development interventions and discuss how they could be adapted/modified etc for participants own consulting practices.
Participants are asked to bring with them to the workshop any models/concepts and frameworks which they have found useful so that sharing of approaches can take place as part of the workshop.
The event is designed to be highly interactive and hopefully will assist in building participants confidence in using and developing their own confidence in using and developing their own conceptual frameworks and ultimately their own USP's.
