The well documented, NHS-endorsed and long lasting benefits of Japanese Shinrin Yoku ('absorbing the forest atmosphere through your senses' or Forest Bathing) include reduced stress, boosted immunity, more resilience and improved wellbeing.
But you can adapt the techniques if you don't have a forest!
Since 2019 I've run over 350 events for a variety of participants including private bookings for families, friends, birthdays and even a hen do, corporate teams and members of the general public joining group events. I've also worked in a variety of locations including ancient woodland, parks, public gardens and even online with people joining from their gardens or indoors if they can't get outside.
