Participants will:
- Understand how to identify and connect with potential collaborators, partners, and supporters through social media.
- Learn strategies for building meaningful, long-term relationships online that align with their charity’s mission.
- Gain confidence in using storytelling and shared causes to strengthen partnerships and broaden reach.
- Know how to track, measure, and refine networking efforts to maximise community impact and fundraising potential.
Course outline:
- The Power of Social Collaboration: Learn why partnerships on social media can amplify your charity’s message, extend reach, and create new opportunities for impact.
- Understanding the Platforms: Explore which channels, such as LinkedIn and Instagram, are best suited for different types of collaboration and networking.
- Finding the Right Connections: Discover practical ways to identify and approach organisations, influencers, and supporters who share your mission, and what platforms to collaborate with them on.
- Co-Creating Campaigns and Content: Explore how to design joint initiatives, share resources, and tell stories that benefit all collaborators.
- Evaluating and Evolving Partnerships: Understand how to measure results, gather feedback, and adapt strategies to keep collaborations fresh and effective.
This event is fully funded for VCSE groups & organisations in Gloucestershire.

To enable as many groups & organisations to access this course, we limit bookings to two per organisation. If you would like to book more than two spaces, please email bookings@glosvcsalliance.org.uk and we will aim to accomodate individual needs where possible.
