About the facilitator: Ian Macdonald
Whilst taking comedy and storytelling very seriously, Ian Macdonald retains a sense of humour and playfulness in his approach to theology and spirituality. He works for the Diocese of Oxford focused on youth ministry, emerging culture and discipleship; a changing and evolving role he has held for most of this century! Ian loves stories; hearing them, and telling them - in preaching, teaching and comedy. He is a member of the ‘Society for Storytelling’ and a self-confessed story geek, gleaning learning in the art wherever he can. He has one wife, three quirky wonderful grown-up children, and one dog; all of whom have taught him much.
