In December, we spoke with Kate Griffiths-Lambeth and Nick Shackleton-Jones about the strategic challenge of reskilling and upskilling. This time, we’re going to dig a bit deeper and look at reskilling and upskilling more operationally and how technology can help us.

Our first guest is Trish Uhl. Trish is resident expert for the CIPD people analytics accredited programme. She is also the founder of the Talent & Learning Analytics Leadership Forum, CEO of Chicago-based consulting firm Owl’s Ledge LLC and creator of #CryptoOwls – the world’s first HR-related crypto art NFT drop.
