These include their value proposition, target customer groups and how they will be reached, and the various aspects of the business infrastructure which will enable them to deliver the value proposition to the customers.

The Value Proposition Canvas can be used in conjunction with the Business Model Canvas and enables you to explore in detail the customer segments you will be serving and how you will use your value proposition to meet their needs.
