In this 2 hour training session we will show you how to:

• Set up quotes, invoice and email templates
• Personalise your email and invoice templates
• Create quotes for customers using the quote function to manage the new work you have cominhg in
• Raise sales invoices and send them to your customers
• set up and send repeating invoices
• Create credit notes
• Set up and use the 'Products and Services' function to streamline the sales processes
• Use the customer contract screen to store your customer information
• Use Xero to track sales and payments
• Use Xero credit control for sending reminders, statements and follow ups including adding notes
