Overview
Electricity is expensive and the majority of schools use more than 60% of their electricity when they are closed.
Electricity baseload is the electricity needed to provide power to appliances that keep running at all times. For most schools, this makes up approximately half of their electricity use and reducing baseload is one of the fastest ways to save money in a school.
During this session we will show schools how to find their biggest money saving opportunities and pay special attention to reducing electricity baseload.
