Event description

Description

Chinar Abdulaziz has helped many clients facing loss, grief and trauma. She has been a Counsellor and Creative Workshop Facilitator for over 10 years and has supported clients with stress, anxiety and feelings of overwhelm as well as other issues.

On Friday 20th September 2019, she will share her personal experience on how she overcame trauma and how her life changed for the better once she got in touch with her intuition.

Chinar will also be giving tips on how to ground yourself and to develop the skills needed to listen to your intuition as well as a Flowers Within™ Meditation which can ground and relax you.

These meditations can be found on her podcast and some may be included in the book she is currently writing called 'Flowers Within - Including Flowers Within™ Meditations and Inspiration.'

PLEASE NOTE: These tips are not a substitute for any treatment you are currently undertaking but merely a support system alongside any treatment you are having.

Before trying something for the first time, it is important to speak to your GP or a healthcare practitioner.

If you are feeling distressed, please speak to a GP, healthcare professional, counsellor or psychotherapist and look after yourself.
