What is it that really energises you at work? Have you ever stopped to consider what it might feel like to combine those things that you're skilled at with those things that really energise you, and start operating from your zone of peak performance, a place where you feel at your best?
Drawing on a psychometric tool called Strengthscope, in this masterclass we explore the concept of strengths, those things that energise you at work, discover ways to spot a strength and explore how you might be more conscious about the way in which you use them. We'll look at some practical ways in which we can apply our strengths knowledge for personal and professional growth.
By the end of this masterclass, you will:
- Have an understanding of the concept of strengths and its roots in positive psychology
- Understand the importance of focusing on strengths and the benefits for both individuals, teams and organisations
- Learn how to spot a strength
- Be more aware of the ways in which you can use your strengths
- Understand how to find your zone of peak performance
