Event description

Description

Phil Griffin is an architectural writer from Manchester UK. He’s a Chicago fan: “Join me for a walk on one of the world’s great streets, with occasional diversions for a mountain of bricks, clamouring rooks, grinning seahorses and a giant flamingo. Michigan Avenue and the Loop, from Buckingham Fountain to Millennium Park”.

Many of you will have met Phil last year in Manchester and due to the popularity of his walks there - and his enthusiasm for Chicago he's doing a couple of informal 'fringe' walking tours during #USkChicago2017 with full approval from the symposium team. The walks are scheduled Wednesday and Friday afternoon and will be approximately an hour and a half. The Friday walk is at the same time as workshops, so might best suit non-sketching partners and friends - or people not holding a full workshop pass. Thanks for your interest (on behalf of Phil).

£15 ticket price includes tax (20%) taken by Eventbrite and 10% donation to USK, Eventbrite fee additional.
