Join me for an enlightening day at The Zen Den @ Mystic Holistic Glasgow as we dive into the world of Reiki! In this Level 1 course, you'll learn the basics of this ancient Japanese healing technique including:
- The history of Usui Reiki
- Benefits of Reiki
- How to channel universal energy to promote balance and relaxation in yourself and others
- Hand positions for self-healing
- Grounding & energy protection
- Practical session applying Reiki techniques to yourself & others in your group
And more to be explored on the day!
You will be attuned to Reiki Level 1 on the day & receive a certificate, more information will be sent closer to the course date about how best to prepare for your attunement & what to expect afterwards.
Assessment methods will take place by observation on the day (so no need to stress!) & I also encourage one reflective case study after your course (you can use yourself or loved one as a client) for practice.I am also happy to arrange a payment plan if this helps anyone hesitant to join the course, healing should be accessible for everyone 😊

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reiki Level 1 attunes you to Reiki energy, suitable for use on yourself, friends & family at no additional cost. If you would like to charge for your service, you may progress to Reiki Level 2. More details of this will be included in the course.
Refunds & transfers are not available for this course, unless granted by myself for the below conditions.
If, for some reason outside of my control, the course may need to be cancelled by myself, you will receive either a full refund or the date of the course will be postponed if you would still like to attend on a different date. I will notify all attendees as soon as possible.
Please be aware of the risks related to Reiki, such as the healing crisis, before embarking on your Reiki learning journey. Ensure you are fully prepared for the journey ahead by researching the topic & grounding ❤
Frequently asked questions
This is not mandatory. However, I would greatly encourage you to experience Reiki as a client yourself to understand how it feels to receive Reiki energy. Additionally, before channelling Reiki energy for others receiving a Reiki session is the perfect way to cleanse your own energy.
If you feel called to self-heal or learn more about the magic of Reiki! You are always called at the right time, perhaps through intuition, interest or even your dreams. The fact you are here reading this now may indicate it's the right time! Trust yourself!
I would not recommend charging after achieving Level 1 as this stage is all about you, self-healing & focusing on your detox (to be discussed). You can certainly practice on friends & family but I would not recommend charging until you are Level 2 qualified, where you will receive your symbols.
