Do i need any equipment?

No - just bring yourself! You can bring a mat and/or cushion for meditation but you can also do it seated depending on your preference.

There will be snacks and light refreshments but you will need to bring a light lunch. A fridge is available. A refillable water bottle is recommended to stay hydrated.

What do i need to do to prepare?

It is recommended that you avoid or minimise as much as possible caffeine and alcohol and eat a healthy diet in the days leading up to the course but at least the day before.

Where is parking available?

This is a residential area and a small tow of shops with some parking behind thd venue but please be mindful of resident parking. There is also plenty of on-street parking available on residential roads close to the venue.
