A gentle initiation into Reiki healing

Usui Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your Reiki journey, focusing on self-healing, awareness and learning to work with universal life energy.

Held over two days in a small group of just four participants, this course offers a deeply personal and supportive introduction to Reiki. No previous experience is needed only an openness to learn and receive.

During the course you will receive four Reiki attunements, which open your energy centres and allow Reiki to flow through you for life. You’ll also learn how to use Reiki for self-healing and offer it to others through guided teaching and hands-on practice.

You will receive a full course manual, and plenty of time for questions, reflection and practice in a calm, nurturing space.

Who is this course for?

This Usui Reiki Level 1 training is ideal if you:

• Feel drawn to Reiki and energy healing
• Want to deepen your connection to yourself and your intuition
• Are looking for gentle, effective self-healing practices

Directions to the Studio

Old School Yoga Studio – CV37 8NG

• If you know the shop and café in Preston on Stour, the studio is next door.
• Heading from Stratford along Shipston Road, look for the turning on the right near the Alscot Estate.
• Follow Preston Lane, cross the little bridge, and round the bend. The village hall will be on your right; the studio driveway is next to the village hall parking cut-out (small wooden sign at the entrance).
• The driveway is narrow, but there is parking at the rear of the studio. Some people park on the road too, it’s quiet and safe.

Important: Please do not use the Village Hall car park, it’s reserved for village hall events
