UTOPIA 2016: What can humans learn from naked mole-rats?
Thu 13 October 2016, 19:00 – 21:00 BST
Chaotic comedy caberet hosted by science comedian and naked mole-rat aficionado Steve Cross.
Join us for a cabaret of thoughts about the benefits of living life like a naked mole-rat (possibly skipping over the faeces eating bit). Hear scientists and artists and a vegetarian discuss what human society might look like if we were eusocial. Warning: this event may collapse into the absurd.
This event also gives you access to A Naked Mole-Rat Eutopia by Julie Freeman and Dr Chris Faulkes, in the Utopia Treasury, Somerset House. Supported by Arts Council England and Queen Mary University of London.
