UU Mind Your Mood - Mind Set workshop (Magee)

On the 5th April, Mind Your Mood have organised for Action Mental Health to deliver Mind-set to students. Mind-set, delivered by mental health professionals from "Action Mental Health" will raise your awareness of signs and symptoms of mental ill health, promote self-help, resilience techniques and how to maintain a safe level of emotional well-being.
All participants will recieve a certificate of completion.
