UU Mind Your Mood - Mindfulness with Anne Costello (Magee)

On the 27th April, Mind Your Mood have organised a 2 hour Mindfulness workshop with one of Northern Ireland's leading Mindfulness practitioners. Mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment—and accepting it without judgment. Mindfulness is now being examined scientifically and has been found to be a key element in happiness.
Ann Costello is a qualified Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher as well as a stress management consultant. Drawing upon her years of experience as a Public Health Nurse in Ireland and the USA, she has deisgned and delivered group and individual Mindfulness and stress management programmes for business, community as well as the voluntary sector.
