On the 22nd February Ulster University's brand new student Mental Health campaign, Mind Your Mood have organised a 2.5 hour mental health workshop for students to attend. The workshop MindSet, delivered by mental health professionals from "Action Mental Health" will raise your awareness of signs and symptoms of mental ill health, promote self-help, resilience techniques and how to maintain a safe level of emotional well-being.
The class is FREE to attend and FREE tea, coffee and refreshments will be provided.
All participants will recieve a certificate of completion.

This course is worth 3 hours off your 18 hours needed to achieve the Mental Fitness EDGE Award, bring pen and paper if you would like to take any notes.
