He spent a number of years as a senior designer and user experience lead working with multiple international startups, SMEs, corporate and enterprise clients such as RHB, IRPC and BSkyB as well as his own non-profit ventures.
Notably Craig undertook the challenges associated with System Experience Design for logistic companies and large corporations, understanding how the systems are utilized, viewed by the company, and more importantly, how they are designed in order to reduce usage time, time-to-action, and overall efficiency.
More recently Craig has undertaken his largest challenge to date, moving across to True Virtual World as Principal Product Manager, utilizing his experiences and knowledge in design and software development to help build a more efficient team, improve infrastructure, introducing best practices for building a scalable product, and push design thinking into every step of the process.
