Under data protection legislation, the University has a number of grounds to process personal data e.g. collect, store, use and share it. In this case, the University is processing your data to fulfil our legal obligation to protect the wellbeing, health and safety of our students, staff, and facility users.

Data security -

Data will be stored securely on University approved systems and accessible only to those staff involved in assisting in the operation of the vaccine clinic.

Data retention -

Once submitted, the University will hold this data until the clinic is organised and will then securely delete it. If a clinic cannot be organised then the data will be securely deleted by September 2021.

Data sharing -

Data will be shared with Nimbuscare Ltd for purposes of operating the vaccine clinic. Only data captured by this form will be shared.
