Our Drive In Cinema experience will utilize state of the art cinema equipment with a combination of the highest definition projectors at two others offering full HD picture quality and wireless transmission just tune in to your car radio to hear the sound with your speakers to produce an exceptional cinematic experience.

BOOKING YOUR TICKETS

Parking Spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. VIP Priority Ticket holders will gain access our Golden Circle area and are located within the first 3 rows they must attend the event 15mins prior to the the event time ( please note space are allocated on a first come first serve basis)

In the Golden circle no 4x4 vehicles, SUV or vans are allowed.

Please note 4x4 and large vehicles, SUV and vans will be placed on the back row or to the side. To stop blocking the view of others

PARKING

Please ensure you follow the parking team’s directions and only move when directed.

Once parked you will not be able to leave your allocated bay until the end of the event. No vehicles are authorized to move throughout the site whilst the event is open. As with entrance, please ensure you follow instructions from our parking team during exit from the event, & do not overtake other cars. This will ensure all audience members can leave in the shortest time possible.

Please ensure any lights (including daytime running lights) are switched off once you park in your allocated bay. Remember to switch your lights back on before moving at the end of the event (for evening screenings).

ENTRY TO SITE

You must provide your Registration Number for the car you are going to attend the event in. This will be used onsite to identify your booking. If you need to change your vehicle please contact info@ch.events at the earliest opportunity to provide your new registration plate. Please also insure if you're ordering food that you use the same booking name as your cinema ticket.

Upon arrival at the event your vehicle number plate will be scanned and your booking will be verified. Remember to stop at the speaker collection point before entering the arena.

FOOD & DRINK

PLEASE NOTE IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS ONTO THE SITE. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE CONSUMING FOOD & DRINK BROUGHT ONTO THE SITE BY OUR MARSHALLS THE MOVIE WILL BE STOPPED AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SITE.

We highly recommend pre-ordering food and drinks packages online when purchasing your ticket. Please insure to pre order your food and drink before your showing to save long waiting times and availability. You can do this by contacting the venue directly. Remember to use the as name as your cinema ticket. Your food will be delivered to your car bonnet, or beside the driver’s door. Please wait for our staff member to step back and check the car next to you before you step out to collect your food. If you have any issue with your order, please contact the venue directly or leave your car hazards light on and a member of staff will be with you shortly.

Any alcoholic drinks purchased on site must be consumed before you leave the site.

TOILETS

Toilets will be located onsite. These are individual plastic units spaced 2m apart. A queuing area with 2m spaces will be marked out. Please make sure you maintain your distance from other customers. Hand sanitizer stations will be positioned outside the toilets (as well as inside) so please sanitize hands both before and after entering. The toilets are regularly cleaned and inspected.

MEDICS / ASSISTANCE

Other than using the toilet and collecting food from beside the car you will not need to leave your vehicle. If you require assistance please leave your car hazards lights on and a member of staff will attend as soon as possible

We have medics onsite – if you require medical assistance please contact the venue.

Information will be displayed on screen and via audio announcements on your speaker. Please look/listen out for these.

Weather Conditions

Please note that if there are bad weather conditions for example a storm or lightning, we may have to stop the event. If winds speeds are over 24mph we will be forced to cancel and reschedule the event for safety reasons. Please note we are unable to refund you if this is the case but we will offer a credit for the next or another showing. If this is the case before the showing we will email you advising you beforehand.
