Value - PMO, Project & Change

Value is a topic that appears in many posts and messages on social media, but, what does it actually mean for people delivering initiatives within an organisation. The purpose of the presentation is to share and discuss views on this specific topic to enhance all of our understanding to provide clarity of where you currently are, or, to enable you to develop improvements/enhancements within your organisation. The discussion will centre around the perception of value, understanding how different people see it, and how to move that perception through examples. Whilst a key element is understanding the end to end lifecycle relationship, the impact of realising benefits, enabling the delivery of business outcomes, through a collaborative partnership approach.
