This is a joint Branch Evening and Learning and Development Group event.
The aim of this event is:
To raise awareness of ‘Valuing Your Talent’ and give participants an opportunity to consider how to keep talented people continually talented.
At the end of this short session it is expected that participants will:
- Have a better understanding of what ‘Valuing Your Talent’ means.
- Have explored how valuing talent is influenced by individual and organisational needs as well as external factors such as political climate, economic conditions, social pressures and technology.
- Have examined valuing talent from the perspectives of Learning & Development, Recruitment & Succession Planning, Employee Relations & Performance Management and Equality & Diversity.
This session will be led by: Mary Pender, Senior Talent and Organisation Development Consultant at Standard Life. Mary has gained a wealth of expertise in the areas of Talent Management, Leadership, and L&D in a variety of global organisations.
