What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We will only issue a refund if you have booked for a performance that is cancelled. If you have booked tickets for a performance you can no longer attend, we will be happy to exchange them for tickets to another performance if they are available.

Where can I find answers to more questions about the event?

Our website at https://movingpartstheatre.com/your-visit/ has information and tips about  the weather, seating and comfort, wheelchair access, food and drink, when to arrive, taking photographs, and bringing dogs.

Question 3

Will there be food and drink?

Accepted Answer

You can buy food and drink before the show and in the interval at the recently-opened cafe, right next to the performance area. Come and picnic before the show , but there is not enough space to accommodate picnics in the performance area itself.

Should I bring a seat?

Accepted Answer

No need! We'll provide a mixture of chairs, rugs and cushions for audience members to use. (The advantage of the rugs and cushions is that you're more likely to get a space at the front!). Feel free to bring your own cushion for the folding chairs we are providing.

Question 5

What time can I arrive?

You can arrive at the performance space from 6.30 pm to take your seats and purchase refreshments. You are welcome to arrive early and enjoy the magnificent Abney Park nature reserve.

Can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

Guide/assistance dogs are welcome.

Is the event accessible?

Accepted Answer

There will be spaces on the patio area reserved for wheelchair access/those with limited mobility and some wider chairs with armrests available if needed. Please email info@abneypark.org to let them know your access needs in advance and they will ensure they do their best to accommodate them.
