VANL Training: Chairing Meetings in the Voluntary Sector

The aim of this session is to give the participants an overview of the role of the chair and the skills associated with being an effective chairperson. Then session will include a look at the tools that can assist the chair, agenda setting, keeping control, communication and conflict management and recording of the meeting.
