When booking your FREE 15-minute consultation (the “Consultation”) at Sarum Road Hospital, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Consultation Details

1.1. The Consultation will last up to 15 minutes.

1.2. The Consultation does not include tests or scans. No formal diagnosis will be provided. Mr Wilson will offer general advice based on your medical history and symptoms discussed during the Consultation.

1.3. There are 8 FREE 15-minute Consultations available with Mr Nick Wilson ONLY.

2. Restrictions and Requirements

2.1. You must be over the age of 18.

2.2. The Consultation is only valid at Sarum Road Hospital, Winchester.

2.3. The Consultation is only valid on 22nd September 2025, during the hours of 18:00– 20:00.

2.4. One Consultation per person is permitted and is subject to availability.

3. Personal Information

3.1. Your information will be securely stored and utilised exclusively for internal purposes.

3.2. To secure your Consultation, you must provide a minimum data set, including your name, address, GP provider, and whether you have been a patient with us before, for us to book this Consultation into our system. This information will be stored solely for the purpose of this event.

4. Events Outside of Our Control

4.1. We will make every effort to provide your Consultation on the confirmed date. However, we reserve the right to cancel or change the date of your Consultation. Delays or cancellations may occur due to events outside our reasonable control. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible, and our obligations under these Terms will be suspended.

4.2. We will not be liable for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions, as a result of events outside our control.
