Various Aspects of Varicose Veins with Vascular Consultant - Rakesh Kapur

Spire Hull and East Riding are excited to invite you to an in-person education session on all things varicose vein-related with consultant vascular surgeon Rakesh Kapur. Following on from the success of his latest virtual session, Mr Kapur will also be covering the sorts of cases he sees within his vascular clinic for the benefit of GP colleagues who provide their own vascular services such as doppler or compression clinics.

Mr Kapur has been a consultant surgeon for 13 years and specialises in minimally invasive surgery for varicose veins. These surgeries are done under local anaesthetic, not requiring admission/overnight stay in the hospital.

With a special interest in managing patients with varicose veins (including thread veins) with a large variety of treatment techniques including: endovenous thermal ablation, foam, and injection sclerotherapy. This has all contributed to Mr Kapur fostering a vast degree of experience in treating arterial disease, and helping him in providing important, up-to-date advice and guidance for GPs and Primary Care colleagues.

This session is tailored for a UK GP and HCP audience.
