This workshop will balance your body & mind during fall & winter time.
It has been specially designed to help you leave behind the stresses and strains of modern living, allowing you to make the most of your precious time.
The idea of some pampered yoga classes appeal to you?
With this workshop we will create a comfort space to allow you to relax and maintain good health during the cold season. We will use eyes pillows, essential oils, warm blankets, candles, cushions and soft music.
Balance requires living in harmony with the natural cycles, adjusting to the changes through the food we eat, our yoga practice, the cloth we wear, and so on.
The workshops is suitable for beginners and all levels of experience. Book your space as there are only 12 places.
