During Mental Health Awareness Week (9-15 May) come and join us as we hear from Tracy Ashcroft from West Sussex Mind, who will be talking us through the ‘Stress Bucket’ model, as well as Sarah Day from the Arun Wellbeing Team, who will discuss workplace health and the Mental Health First Aid Course.

There will also be an opportunity for Q&A for our guest speakers, and time for networking.

We generally offer 2 places per organisation and priority will be given to our registered members and partners within the Arun and Chichester areas. For non members and anyone outside the area, if you register for the event/training your booking will be transferred to the waiting list and we will inform you nearer the time if there are spaces available (please note there may be a charge for non member/out of area tickets).

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please de-register on Eventbrite or let us know via email. Our events are normally fully booked so if you let us know you are no longer able to make it we can open your space up to another organisation, who may not otherwise be able to attend.
