Who is this event for?

This session is for anyone working in Shropshire’s voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector, or non-health professionals with an interest in prevention and wellbeing. You don’t need NHS experience to attend!

Do I need to have a fully developed project idea before attending?

Not at all. This session is designed to help you understand the funding priorities and process – whether you're already working on a proposal or just exploring possibilities.

Will the session be recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the session will be recorded and shared with all registered attendees after the event, along with slides. It will also be publicly available after the events for those who weren't able to attend and will be distributed by the VCSA.

How much funding is available?

A total of £100,00 has been ringfenced for prevention projects in Shropshire. You’ll learn more about how this is being allocated and how to apply during the session.

Friday 1st August 2025. We’ll explain the application form, review process and decision timeline in the session.

If your work helps people stay well, live independently, or avoid illness or crisis and is rooted in a Shropshire neighbourhood, you're likely on the right track. We’ll walk through eligibility and alignment during the session.
