VCS/ICS Mapping the way ahead

From 1 July health and social care in Gloucestershire will become one Integrated Care System (ICS).

In preparation for this and following our February workshop, VCS colleagues from a wide range of organisations have been working together to:

• Coproduce a memorandum of Understanding with members of the ICS

• Consider the overarching structures we need to support representation

• Identify the resources required to support effective representation and engagement with the ICS

This session will bring together the outputs and conclusions of the three task and finish groups, explore interdependencies and agree next steps.
