Two London chefs are on a mission to create a vegan fusion dining experience unlike any other. Combining their Nigerian and Japanese heritage, Tomi and Keiko have created an innovative and mouth-watering menu. Guests can expect mind-blowing food combinations, highlighting the best of Nigerian and Japanese flavours and ingredients. The dishes are mesmerising as they are delicious.
What is it? An evening of Nigerian-Japanese vegan dining.
What's on the menu? A specially curated three-course fusion meal, including a tasting platter of four unique starters, a sushi selection and dora yaki dessert.

About the Chefs
Keiko is the brains and talent behind Sushi Queen. Originally from Nagasaki, Japan, she now resides in London where she offers exclusive sushi and teppanyaki cooking classes, bespoke catering and sake tastings. She has been featured on popular media outlets such as UKTV and Channel 4. She has also partnered with several prestigious restaurants in the UK and cooked for big name celebrities such as Natalie Portman and Geri Halliwell.
Tomi is a Nigerian-born chef and the founder of The Vegan Nigerian, a platform created to showcase the beauty of traditional and contemporary Nigerian cuisine from a plant-based lens. What began as a food blog has now extended to pop-up restaurants, cooking workshops and bespoke catering in the UK and abroad. Her work has been featured on platforms such as the BBC, VegNews and Vegan Life Magazine. She is the author of The Plantain Cookbook.
