Vegan / No Gluten Baking Class

Giving up gluten and animal products shouldn't mean giving up yummy cake! It's tricky to find light, moist, tasty treats that are both vegan and made without gluten, but we have you covered.
Come and learn how to make a selection of sweet and savoury bakes, all vegan, naturally without gluten, no strange ingredients, additives or substitutes. Simply natural, delicious ingredients.
Our head chef Sal will guide you through a variety of sweet and savoury bakes through a mixture of demonstration and hands on cooking. Typical recipes include (subject to change): Sweet potato and red pepper cornbreads; Mochi cake; Fennel & cardamom cookies.
Hands on cooking will be done individually and in pairs / small groups, with additional demonstrations and tasting included. And of course plenty of your own goodies to take home and enjoy!
