The online session will be held over zoom and will focus on:
- How to ensure you have a healthy & balanced vegan diet
- Vegan Nutrition 101 - essential nutrients you need to know about
- Vegan diet myth busting
- Practical tips & recommendations for discovering vegan recipes, restaurants, supermarket products and more!
If you cannot make this date / time, don't worry - the masterclass will be recorded and sent out to all ticket holders. You will then have access to the recording until 15/02/2022.

Who is this for?
This online masterclass is for adults who are: 1) considering a vegan or plant-based diet, 2) already transitioning to a vegan diet and looking for nutrition guidance, 3) just interested in learning more about plant-based diets - i.e. you don't have to be vegan!
More about Harpreet Sohal
Harpreet is a registered dietitian, working within the NHS and privately here at CityDietitians. Harpreet focuses on improving the nutritional health of the vegan and vegetarian communities by promoting healthy plant based eating advice via social media (@veggie.nut, @citydietitians) and beyond. She is also passionate about tailoring healthy eating and dietary treatments for South Asian diets. Harpreet loves to bake, cook and experiment with plant-based recipes too.
