Individual Nut Pithivier wrapped in Cavalo Nero and home-made
vegan puff pastry layered with parsley leaves
Served with Pumpkin and Pecan Romesco sauce.
Roast Cucumber and Mint, Jersey Royals
and Beetroot baked whole in salt and seaweed
Chicory, nasturtium leaves, orange and mooli
with a preserved bergamot dressing.
Avocado and Rhubarb Ice Lollies served with pots
of warm almond milk custard for dipping

Vegan wines and beers will be available to buy on the night.
All Veganvilla menu delights will be sourced from the shops along the Northdown Road, Cliftonville, Margate, with a few extra fresh ingredients from The Garden Gate and locally foraged produce.
