About this Event
Whether you are new to vegetarian cooking or just looking to cut back on meat and dairy, it can sometimes be a challenge knowing where to start.
Our Good Housekeeping Triple-Tested Recipes include hearty veggie dishes such as Mushroom Meatballs with a creamy sauce, a colourful and healthy Beetroot and Bulghur Wheat Salad, and a tantalising Thai Green Curry.
The course includes practical tuition from our trusted GHI chef tutors, recipes and ingredients, plus refreshments. Aprons and cooking equipment are provided for you to use on the day.
All food produced during the course is yours to take home.
