Paul Blair has over twenty three years experience in the automotive industry and has been coaching and developing people with in it for over ten, he has undertaken many training courses in and outside of the industry including a mentorship with Jordan Belfort (The Wolf of Wall Street) and brings a fresh outlook on some of our more outdated ways. Paul was also a Judge in the 2016 British Excellence in Sales & Marketing Awards.
