Regardless of your reasons why, this workshop is purely about the 'how to' of eating less meat and dairy, its practical advice from a professional holistic therapist with a qualification in nutrition and an interest in empowering people to make healthy choices. Advice, recipes, tips, and lots of yummy tasters of all the wide array of plant based choices to make vegan food delicious, well balanced and healthy for all the family. You don't need lots of time, money or effort to eat well and feel fantastic!

We will touch on the psychology & role of food and the potential challenges, 'silly' questions are encouraged in a friendly informal setting. Tea and coffee and tasters are all included, as is follow on support. This workshop could change your life! (and yes vegans can have pizza, cheesecake and beer too- its not all salad!)
