Vibrations of Healing: A Sound, Reiki and Tuning Fork Journey:

This is a sacred space created for you to rest, reset and reconnect. Through the gentle power of Sound, Reiki energy and vibrational tuning forks, you'll be guided on a journey of deep release and restoration. Each element is designed to support your nervous system, clear energetic blocks and awaken a sense of calm, clarity and inner harmony.

Whether you're here to heal, set intentions, or simply rest—this is your time. All you need to do is relax, receive and allow your body and spirit to return to balance.

Led by Maia Watkins founder of (maiatrueliving.com). This session will take place in Willesden at Zenw2 Collective.

What to Expect:

Guided Meditation for Nervous System Calm and Inner Harmony – Shift into rest and restore mode - promoting deep relaxation and emotional balance.
Reiki Energy Healing – Receive gentle, balancing Reiki energy to restore harmony within.
Chakra Tuning Forks Healing - Receive a powerful blend of vibrational and energetic healing that helps realign and balance your chakras.
Crystal Sound Bowl Healing – Immerse yourself in a powerful vibrational journey to align mind, body and spirit.

This session is perfect for anyone seeking deep rest, emotional balance and energetic alignment. No prior experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to receive.

Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, balanced and calm!

Additional Details:

Please come 5/10 mins before to use the toilet, remove shoes and get acquainted with the space.
The session will begin promptly at 5PM. Latecomers will not be permitted.
The studio is fully accessible being on the ground floor.
Wear comfortable, warm clothing.
Shoes will need to be removed (no shoes in the studio)
Room sprays, palo santo, essential oils, music and sound will be used.

Due to venue hire costs, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other sessions. By purchasing a ticket, you will be added to the Maia True Living mailing list for future events. You may opt out at any time.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:Sound baths and tuning forks are not recommended for pregnancies in the first trimester, individuals with epilepsy or any form of a serious mental health condition and those with pacemakers/metal implants. Please email me beforehand (maiatrueliving@gmail.com) as I can make adjustments if any of these conditions relate to you.

Getting Here: ZenW2 Collective is located at the junction of Walm Lane and Willesden Lane, near the Barclays and Lloyds banks and next door to Powerhouse Fitness. As we are on the main road, you may hear a few typical London sounds during sessions.

From Willesden Green Station: Turn right out of the station and walk down Walm Lane (if you pass Gails you're on the right track!). Keep going until the end of the road and turn left onto Willesden Lane. We are the purple fronted building on the corner, next door to Power House Fitness.

Parking: Parking restrictions apply during the week but weekends are free in this area.
