Parking is in the field next to Dene Magna school (GL17 0DU)

Is the area disabled friendly?

Yes. The entrance has a ramp and the outside space is all one level with a mixture of tarmac and grass field. There is a disabled toilets available in the main school and outside with the other portable facilities.

Is there disabled parking?

Yes, blue badge holders can park on school grounds in a dedicated area. Drive into the front entrance and you will be directed where to go.

Can we bring our own food?

Yes, even though there will be a good range of food vendors we are happy for you to bring a picnic. Portable BBQ’s and stoves are not permitted.

Is there somewhere to sit and enjoy the music?

There is very limited outside seating, but people can bring their own seat or blanket to use on the grass in front of the stage area.

Can I bring my pet dog?

No, only service dogs are permitted on school ground.

Can i smoke at the event

Smoking is not allowed within the school area. People can smoke at the front of the school but not within school, not on field or play areas. This is due to cigarette ends being left around the area.
