Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything

Yes! Please pack a ruck sack with a snack, waterproof clothes and boots and your sense of adventure!

What can I expect if I come along?

A guided, moderately challenging walk, mostly on access roads and paths but with some boggy sections. The route climbs up to get good views so we'll be walking up and downhill some of the time. We'll also be collecting materials for the campfire on our return route.

Will there be a campfire?

We hope so, but if the fire risk in the area is very high on the day of the event then we won't be able to have a fire.
