~~~ UMOJA (NL) ~~~
It is a delight to welcome Umoja, the sunshine duo from the wet fields of the Netherlands. Boasting releases on labels such as Wonderwheel, Multi Culti, Wormfood, Galletas Calientes, as well as their own imprint INI Recordings, the duo have earned huge respect worldwide as being extremely talented producers and fiercely innovative DJ / selectors. Since making their Kenyan debut in 2016, Umoja have been working hard in the studio alongside an array of local heroes - punching the envelope of African dance music!
~~~ ¿Special Guest? ~~~

~~~ Ekiti Sound (NG) ~~~
After the release of his debut album Abeg No Vex earlier this year, we are incredibly excited to welcome this hugely creative and exciting producer, who is spearheading a new musical dialogue between London and Lagos. Ekiti Sound's album wires novel musical circuitry into shape, soldering UK soundsystem culture, hip-hop and Afrobeat into new, haywire connections, a diverse chorus of global voices routed through its new configurations.
~~~ Papaoul (UK) ~~~

We also welcome support from Worldwide FM's Papaoul. Host of The Fifth Sun, as well as the station’s flagship WW Daily show, he is tuned into the sounds of the global underground - not confined by genre - playing an eclectic mix from baile funk to broken beat, folktronica to jazz.

~~~ Live percussion from Beanie Music~~~
Live percussion on the night will be provided by Beanie, one of the world's top hybrid drummers. Alongside working on solo productions, his un-mistakable energy and talent can be witnessed drumming for Rudimental or playing bass/guitar for Anne-Marie in stadiums around the world. It is an honour to have him do his thing here in Dalston!
