Our 1 Year Anniversary/Taster Session takes place on Tuesday 20th of May at 11.15am and will be jam packed with fun, good vibes, fab music requested by YOU and light refreshments. A great opportunity for new attendees to try the class before our summer term officially comennces on Tuesday 3rd June.
There will be a block of 6 classes recurring on Tuesdays;
Start Date: Tuesday, 3rd June
End Date: Tuesday, 8th July

Frequently asked questions
Not at all! The term Vim In Slings is merely a fun concept, please feel free to remove your baby from the sling at any point of the class, you can place baby safely beside you or in their pushchairs.
From 2 months to pre walker stage . For safety reasons, babies/ toddlers should not be left to walk around while the class is in progress
Generally 45mins to an hour, this also includes time for mums and babies to meet/catch up with other mums and babies at the end of the class.
The mats can also be used for baby to sit/lay on while you do the class so totally up to you.
Comfortable exercise/dance clothing and trainers as this provides additional support while you are moving around with your baby.
Of course it is, the moves are simple, easy to follow and fun so come as you are, bond with baby and enjoy yourself! Alternative moves are always available. Just ensure that you are fit/well enough to take part.
You should be fit and well enough to take part in aerobic/dance fitness. Please ask your GP if you have a health issue or injury and follow their advice.
Yes there is free parking on the surrounding roads but as always be sure to check in case of any parking restrictions. Be sure to give yourself enough time as spaces are limited.
