Description
Who is class for?
The class is open to anyone. Wimbletech members and anyone interested in increasing their fitness levels.
The level will focus on beginner to intermediate abilities. If you haven’t tried yoga before come along and you
will soon get up to speed.
How much does it cost?
The class is based on a donation basis - basically you pay what you can afford (suggested donation is £8
per session).
What do I need to wear and bring?
Just wear some comfortable clothing - sportswear/ leggings, shorts etc is fine.
You will need to bring a yoga mat, although I am looking into providing some of these if you do not own one.
If you do need one please check when you book.

About Risa
Risa is a qualified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher trained with the Yoga People (Yoga Alliance RYT 200
hours).
She is passionate about helping busy professionals & entrepreneurs who are struggling to make time to lead
a healthier lifestyle. As a Yoga teacher, she particularly enjoys teaching beginners Yoga classes and
supporting students at the beginning of their Yoga journey, a time that was pivotal in her own life.
She attended her first yoga class 13 years ago, a class offered by the company she was working for at the
time. Since her first class, she has tried many different types of yoga from Bikram, Javamukti to most
recently Voga.
She believes that practicing yoga will not only improves physical fitness but also improve mental and spiritual
well being. Through regular practice, yoga will bring balance to your body and mind.
Her style of teaching is Ashtanga based Dynamic Yoga. By attending her classes, you will find yourself
becoming stronger and balanced, both physically and mentally.
