Vinyasa Chi Yoga Flow

This is not a “just stretch” class.
This is a dynamic fusion of Vinyasa Yoga, Chi Flow, Shaolin-inspired movement and mindful breathwork designed to awaken your life-force energy and leave you feeling strong, clear and deeply alive.
Each class is a journey – physical, energetic and mental.
We move continuously with the breath, weaving together:
• Powerful Vinyasa sequences
• Chi Flow to circulate energy through the meridians
• Shaolin-inspired stances for strength and stability
• Conscious breath to calm the nervous system
• Short moments of stillness to integrate the practice
You will build toned muscles, strong joints, balance and mental focus, while releasing stress, emotional tension and mental fatigue.
