Patricia's vinyasa flow classes are slow and strong, stepping into a space of conscious and playful movement that is full of attention and curiosity. Combining fluid and creative sequencing with precise movement and adjustments, Patricia embraces her students to join her on journey of self-exploration, offering mindful playfulness within challenge, whilst healing and detoxifying the body and mind. Expect a fun class with focus on increasing flexibility and strength by creating more space both physically and mentally.

Taking place every Thursday morning - 6:30-7:30am
Trial session: You can sign up at any time for a trial session - for just £10. An introductory offer and one available per person.
Single class: For £15 you can book one class at a time - perfect for those who can’t make every week.
Package classes: you can book a 5 week block of lessons for a concession rate of £60.
