I teach a dynamic, creative sequence of yoga where the movements flow with the breath. A strong emphasis on alignment and the use of hands-on assists ensure you feel the intended benefits of each pose and realise your potential.
In this slightly longer class we'll explore the postures and breath in greater detail. We'll start by working dynamically before winding down to a gentler pace and releasing any tension. Classes end with an indulgent relaxation and simple meditation.

Classes are open level so while some experience of yoga is useful it isn't essential. Modifications and options are offered for all levels of practitioner.
