"If you can breathe, you can do Yoga". This famous quote says it all, Yoga is accessible to everyone.

Join me for a gentle Vinyasa yoga flow in the beautiful studio Samsara Mind and Body – an urban oasis in the heart of South West London.

The classes are designed to help you begin your yoga journey, discover yoga in a safe and fun way or revisit the fundamentals of yoga if you have practiced yoga before.

I will introduce you to the basics of yoga postures (asanas), safe alignment and breathing techniques (pranayama). My mission is to enliven the happiest and healthiest you during the class and in your everyday life.

The classes will create a strong and safe foundation from which you can confidently investigate the different styles of yoga in any level one or open-level classes.

With a maximum of 8 students per class I will be able to amend the sequence according to each student’s previous experience and to teach at a pace that ensures learning as well as improvement in posture, breath, tone, strength, flexibility and a greater ability to cope with stress.
