Are yoga mats & props going to be provided?

Yes! Yoga mats, straps and blocks will be provided. However, you are welcome to bring your own should you prefer.

What should I do if I am running late?

We encourage you to arrive 10 min early as we will close the door to the studio at the beginning of each class. Early arrivers are welcome to help themselves to herbal tea while they settle in. Should you be late for any reason, please let one of the instructors know as soon as possible.

What are the facilities like at the studio?

Fit East London is a small local gym where the toilet functions as the changing room. Please come dressed ready to sweat to avoid queues. Please note: there are no showers at the studio.

What if I'd prefer not to get adjusted?

Not everyone is a fan of physical touch - just let one of the instructors know before the class if you prefer not to get adjusted.
