Event description

Description

We are delighted to be joined by Claire Cardosi from Virgin Trains for our next event on Monday 30th April, starting at 6pm.

Claire will be giving a lively overview of the CRM and Loyalty journey Virgin Trains has been on over the past three years. This includes building a new single customer view, implementing an IBM customer communication stack, and delivering fast results. During this time Claire has evolved her team to not only use CRM to impact the customer lifecycle and purchase patterns, but also unlock the power of data and technology to enhance the actual experience customers have when they travel with Virgin Trains. Having recently won Gold DMA for Best Campaign, Claire will be honestly sharing the highs and lows of the journey so far and the culture changes they’ve had to implement internally to achieve the art of the possible.

Claire will be followed by a series of five minute case studies from CRM and Marketing Automation peers drawn from across our industry.

Join us for networking from 6pm.

Register now, as space is very limited!

Please note: This event is being organised by Charles Wyn-Davies in a personal capacity. We are extremely grateful to the speakers who have volunteered to speak for free and share best practice with the community. As a consequence, while we anticipate no changes to the event, we appreciate your support should it be absolutely necessary. Due to the capacity of the venue, for those who have registered for tickets we may still need to permit entry a first come, first served basis. Please turn up in good time to ensure you are able to attend.
